Crespelle Ham & Cheese
Ingredients (4 people)
Eggs (5);
Salt;
Butter (45g);
Milk (500ml);
Plain flour (250g);
Ham (100g);
Cheddar (150g);
Béchamel sauce (470g);
Grated cheese (50g);
Oil.
Timing: 1 hour 30 minutes
Place the eggs in a bowl and add the salt. Then mix them together.
Add the melted butter and milk and mix again.
Finally, add the sifted flour and mix again.
Leave the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Then, heat some oil in a pan, add the mixture and cook to make a crespella. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
Next, add a slice of ham and cheese, roll up the crêpe and place it in the baking tray. Repeat until the tray is full.
Pour the béchamel sauce over the top evenly.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the crespelle.
Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Leave the crespelle to rest for a few minutes.
